EM04 Electric Dirt Bike

The EM04 can reach a maximum speed of up to 40 MPH. Actual speed may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, riding conditions, battery level, and other factors.
The EM04 is equipped with a mid-drive motor with 2500W peak power, providing strong acceleration and responsive power for everyday riding.
The EM04 has 4 riding gears:
Gear 0: No motor power
Gear 1: Up to 23 MPH
Gear 2: Up to 30 MPH
Gear 3: Up to 40 MPH .

The bike starts in Gear 0 every time it is powered on for added safety.
Under test conditions, the EM04 can travel approximately 56 km (about 35 miles) on a full charge.

This estimate is based on a 75 kg rider, 25°C temperature, flat roads, and riding at approximately 60% of maximum speed. Actual range can vary depending on rider weight, speed, hills, temperature, frequent starts and stops, and terrain.
The EM04 features a front and rear hydraulic suspension system.
Front: Hydraulic suspension with 140 mm travel
Rear: Mid-mounted hydraulic shock with 40 mm travel

The suspension helps absorb bumps and improve riding comfort and control.
The EM04 is equipped with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes.

It also features an electronic motor cut-off function. When either brake lever is pulled, motor power is automatically cut to provide additional riding safety.
The EM04 uses a 48V 20.8Ah lithium-ion battery.
A full charge typically takes approximately 5–6 hours.

For battery safety and longevity, do not leave the battery charging for more than 12 hours under normal conditions.
Yes. The EM04 battery is removable and can be charged either while installed on the bike or separately after removal.

To remove the battery, open the seat using the key and use the included tool to loosen the battery mounting bolts.
The charger indicator light shows the charging status:
Red: Battery is charging
Green: Battery is fully charged
The battery is designed to retain approximately 80% of its original capacity after around 500 charge cycles.

The EM04 is recommended for riders 13 years and older.

Riders under 18 should ride under the supervision of a parent or guardian and should always use appropriate protective equipment.
The EM04 uses:
• Front: 14-inch rim with 60/100 tire
• Rear: 12-inch rim with 80/100 tire

The recommended tire pressure under normal flat-road and dry-weather conditions is approximately 32 PSI for the front tire and 38 PSI for the rear tire.

Tire pressure can be adjusted depending on terrain, rider weight, and riding conditions.
The EM04 has an IPX6 water-resistance rating.

However, riding in heavy rain or exposing the bike to excessive water is not recommended. Water exposure may still cause damage to electrical components.

Avoid pressure washing the bike and store it in a dry location whenever possible.

No. The EM04 does not support removing the factory maximum speed limit.
