Great Bike!

I've been extremely happy with my QWAYQ EM04 e-bike. It arrived well packaged, assembly was straightforward, and I was riding within a short time. The bike feels solid and well built, especially considering the price.

The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the pedal assist and throttle both work great. It has plenty of power for commuting, neighborhood rides, and hills, while still feeling stable and easy to control. The battery life has been impressive for my rides, and charging has been simple.

I also like the overall design it looks great, feels sturdy, and has received several compliments already. If you're looking for an affordable e-bike that delivers a comfortable ride, good performance, and excellent value, I definitely recommend the QWAYQ EM04. So far, it's been a fantastic purchase, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

Excellent quality and worth the investment!

I'm extremely happy with this electric dirt bike. The design is sleek and sporty, and it looks even better in person. It feels solid and well-built, and the suspension gives it a sturdy, premium feel. It arrived in excellent condition and was easy to get ready to ride. The battery charges without any issues, and the overall performance has been great so far. If you're looking for a fun, high-quality electric dirt bike, I definitely recommend this one. It's a great value for the quality you get!

Awesome electric Dirt Bike!

I've only had the dirt bike for a day and rode it just a little around my neighborhood, but my first impressions are awesome! This thing has massive torque and takes off carring me (40yo M, 190 lbs) like its nothing. This is for my teenager but it can easily carry a larger adult. Assembly was pretty easy since it came with directions that include pictures. This bike does weigh about 264 lbs so assembling this solo would be a bit of a challenge. It's got a headlight, taillight, turn signals and even flashers.

Not sure how it holds up to traveling 40 miles on one charge but it got up to about 40 with me on it. It is nice that you can limit the top speed based off which setting you're in, just in case the riders not ready for higher speeds yet.

Excellent Choice

After trying several e-bikes from other brands that disappointed us, we finally found the QWAYQ EM04 for my son. The build quality is solid, the motor is powerful, and the suspension and brakes perform great. My son owned it for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded his expectations. He has received several compliments on its appearance, and it has been a lot of fun to ride. Very satisfied with this purchase. absolutely loves it, and we are very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended!

Perfect Starter E-Bike for Teens

We purchased this for our 13-year-old, and it has been a great bike. It's powerful enough to be fun but still feels manageable for a newer rider who is building confidence. The controls are easy to learn, the bike rides smoothly, and the battery life has been plenty for our needs.

It has held up well to regular riding around the neighborhood. If you're looking for an electric dirt bike for a teen or beginner rider, this is a great option. Our son loves it, and we'd buy it again.

Electric Fun in a Box

I used to ride dirt bikes when I was younger, but they were a lot of maintenance, stubborn and unreliable. I'm way past my daredevil days, but a small electric dirt bike sounded like a thrilling way to rekindle my love for off-roading. First off, this thing is heavy! Over 120 lbs.! I can't believe UPS delivered it. I may have gotten a hernia trying to load and then unload it from my pickup. It was really packed well and despite some damage to the box, the bike did not have a scratch or dent on it. Unpacking was fairly easy, but the written instructions were vague and seemed to miss some key steps. Fortunately there was a good assembly video on the listing that was more logical and covered all the steps. I was working alone so it took about an hour and 15 minutes to completely assemble it. It powered on, the headlight worked, the LCD Control Screen worked, but the bike wouldn't budge. After a quick inspection, I noticed the LCD Screen had an error with a code E02, which according to the manual meant Brake error. I tested the front and rear brakes and they worked fine. But after a closer look, I noticed the levers did not go all the way to the open position. I could see a small pin switch near the hydraulic cylinder, which is obviously a safety switch that prevents the motors from engaging unless the brakes are completely off. The levers were not touching the switch, so the motors were not getting power. Puzzled and confused and unable to find anything in the installation manual or in the video to explain how to clear the E02 Brake Error (maybe something was there but I missed it.) So I took a closer look at the brake levers and discovered each one had a small piece of foam stuck inside the lever mechanism that formed a wedge that was restricting the last few millimeters of movement of the lever. After pulling out the foam wedges, the levers opened fully, contacting the switch, and the motor powered right up. Mystery solved. The bike has lots of torque, three speeds, and plenty of suspension travel. It looks good, has airless Knobby tires that get good grip and won't ever go flat. It is a hoot to ride on and is a perfect size. Since I am 5'8" and weigh 160 lbs. I am right at the maximum, but the bike has more than enough power and torque to haul my big but around and the brakes are strong enough to bring things to a halt quickly. I am happy with the bike and think it is a goof value.

Grandson can't stop riding it

The picture shows my 12 year old grandson and he is average sized. My adult son who weighs about 210 has ridden it quite a few times, but he does look really big on it. It runs along fine though with him on it. I think he maxed out the speed and it just buzzed along with ease. He is as happy as the grandson with it.

It took my son less than an hour to unbox and put it together. It said to charge the battery fully, but the temptation was too great and both rode it after the battery had only charged a couple hours. When fully charged overnight, the battery seems to run for a good couple hours of constant use. I don't think my grandson ever got close to the 5-6 hours of use the ad says is possible before the battery would run down. He was riding it around the pond and up a small hill, so nothing too taxing.

There are two ways to charge the battery. One is completely removing it (removing screws, a panel, ) and the other is simply plugging the charging cord in to a spot on the side of the bike. Seems like a no-brainer there. My grandson had ridden a regular dirt bike about 2 years ago, but had difficulty manually shifting gears with his foot so it wasn't very enjoyable unless he kept it in first gear. With this bike, a push of the button on the control panel switches gears and he caught on in a jiffy. It didn't take long before he was trying out second gear, then third.

Another big plus is how quiet this is. Since there is no gas engine, you don't even know it is running when he is just sitting on it. Once he starts riding, you can hear a bit of noise from the chain or something once in awhile. So he isn't bugging the neighbors (or grandma) when he is going all around the house and around the pond for hours.

Fun little off-road bike

First off, this is a quick little bike. I can confirm their 40 mile an hour claim as I got it just a tick over 40 miles an hour on a straight road. The aggressive knobby tires give it a lot of grip and combined with the light weight, this thing is almost unstoppable. It does have a bit of a buzz on the road but I suppose that's a good thing so you don't sneak up on pedestrians unsuspectingly. The top speed in first is around 24 miles an hour and the top speed and second is around 31 miles an hour and then the third gear top speed is around 40 miles an hour All according to the speedometer on the bike (but that does feel pretty accurate in motion). It's a really fun lightweight bike they can pretty much go anywhere. Assembly took me a couple of hours over a couple of days, but I did note that the tires already came aired to the proper pressure and the brakes were already primed and worked immediately.

A few negatives I noted: the instruction manual can be a little vague and the assembly video helps but doesn't match the steps of the instruction manual. Together with both I got the bike completed. One review noted that the accelerator throttle came loose because it was missing a screw; I also noted that mine was missing and came up with one that matched when I was doing my assembly. I simply ordered another toggle switch and wired it in. There is no real direction on which way to position the rear brake and the throttle cables on the handle bar, so it's just trial and error until you get it figured out.

I am 5'11" and weigh around 190 pounds. The rear suspension bottoms out when I sit on it, but it doesn't slow the bike down at all. It says it can handle more weight and I believe it, but I felt a little unsteady over a dirt road at speed as I was a little top heavy. On the flat asphalt road it felt good. I could see this being an excellent bike for a muddy campground. It's easy to charge, simple to get going, and stops on a dime.

I've been riding the QWAYQ EM04 and honestly it's been really fun. It has a lot of power, the acceleration is smooth, and it feels solid when riding. The design looks clean too.

Great quality, powerful and fun.

After using this bike for three days, I'm very impressed overall.

The assembly manual wasn't so practical, so we ended up following the product video, which made the process easier. Tip: don't squeeze the brake levers before installing the front wheel, or you'll run into the same brake issue I did. My fault. Also, 2 people to assemble is better.

The only real problem we've had is that the headlight doesn't work. Everything appears to be connected correctly, but it never turns on.

Performance wise, the bike is a lot of fun. My husband weight 210 lbs, and it reached 35 mph, which is still very impressive. My son weighs 140 lbs and absolutely loves riding it. He says it's comfortable, easy to handle, and really enjoys the experience.

The battery life has also exceeded my expectations. We've used it for three days without needing to recharge it yet. The bike feels lighter than I expected, is comfortable to ride, and has a solid overall build quality.

Aside from the headlight issue, it's been a great experience, and I'm very happy with it and definitely recommend.

All Around Incredibly Responsive Bike, Exceptional Choice For Beginners

An absolute sweet electric dirt bike with plenty of torque and an extremely responsive throttle. In open country acceleration to 38 MPH is a breeze, didn't quite max it out yet. The shorter wheelbase makes this bike extremely responsive, easy to thread through tight turns and a tad "twitchy"at high speeds on straightaways especially on solid surfaces. The bikes agility makes it feel like an extension of yourself in no time at all. The tunable power switch allows the rider to acclimate to the bike and progress in stages for an optimal safe ride based on ability level. Front an rear hydraulic and electric brakes are key to maintain control along rugged terrain. Rear brake control for switchbacks is crucial and ideal for tight difficult trails. The bikes stopping ability is spot on even during sudden unexpected scenarios, maximum stopping power with minimal pull of the brake handle.

After unboxing I highly recommend removing the battery to begin charging. Best to get ahead of the game regarding charging so the fruits of your labor can be enjoyed more quickly. Assembly is intuitive, although I found the instructions a tad convoluted. Most of the smaller screws are preinstalled in the accessory or at the mounting location on the bike which keeps things simple. During installation of the front wheel a torque of 40-50 N M is recommended for the front axle. I chose to use my torque wrench instead of the provided wrench for safety assurance and proper installation. A motorcycle jack is rather advantages during assembly to secure the bike and slightly elevate it, although certainly not necessary. An important note, after you install the front brake handle make sure the small plastic tab is removed, it is not mentioned in the manual or shown in the video. An Error 02 code (brake error) will display during intial startup if you do not remove it first.

A small family outing at our homestead turned into an opportunity for diverse ages and sizes to enjoy a ride. For those of us who learned on off road rockets it is an easy adaptation to ride without a clutch, although most of us miss the classic braaap sound. The younger newbies found the bike easy to ride while their parents appreciate the grow into features of the bike. Heavier riders (over 200 lbs) felt the rear suspension sat a little bit lower than expected and dared not to G-out. Great family fun, though recommend for ages 13-50 even a 56 and 70 year old had a blast. After a 1 1/2 hours of intermittent use the battery level indicator still showed full charge. Qwayq has manufactured a solid electric dirt bike for diverse ages and levels. An all around incredibly responsive bike that would be an exceptional choice for a beginner rider to master.
